Pelvic floor physical therapy treatment for pelvic pain, painful sex, incontinence, and other men's/women's/gender-affirming pelvic floor issues; plus pregnancy and birth prep services, yoga therapy with Doctors; three offices in the greater Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Pasadena, and Sherman Oaks.We are the FIRST pelvic health physical therapy office in the San Gabriel Valley, and have been open since 2009, recently moving to our new Pasadena location on Lake Avenue.
Owner, Heather Jeffcoat, is a Past President of the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and Author of Sex Without Pain: A Self-Treatment Guide to the Sex Life You Deserve. Our therapists give results, and we frequently see patients after failing elsewhere.
