Charrito's Food Truck is a popular Mexican food truck located at 5750 Williams Dr. in Georgetown. It is owned and operated by Adrian Rodriguez, the youngest son of the family that opened the restaurant El Charrito in 1995. The food truck features items named in memory of Adrian's late brother, Jose "Cheps" Rodriguez."
