Robert Behar is a registered architect and urban planner with over thirty-eight years of experience in professional practice and is recognized as one of the leading architects in South Florida. Quadro, a mixed-use development with 198 luxury units with a commercial component at ground level. Columbus Center, an eighteen (18) story mixed-use development with 200 residential units, with approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial component at ground level; Gables Ponce I & II, a mixed-use development with 367 luxury rental units combined with approximately 25,000 sq.ft of ground level retail, 25,000 sq. ft. of office space completely surrounded by pedestrian arcades and a decorative plaza.
