With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Parnes has dedicated his career to providing exceptional care to his patients. A proud graduate of The University of Georgia, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1978 before pursuing his passion for dentistry at Howard Dental School, where he graduated in 1982.
