Advanced Eye Center in Hialeah, Florida, was opened in 2012 by Rodrigo Belalcazar, MD, with the goal to offer the people of South Florida, the United States, and the world over, the most innovative treatments to improve your vision and rejuvenate your skin.
Our clinic’s Eye procedure specialties include: corneal transplants, refractive surgeries including LASIK, LASEK, PRK, RK and EPI-LASEK, laser glaucoma surgeries, and laser cataract surgeries (performed offsite at numerous facilities). For cosmetic/facial procedures, Advanced Eye Center provides a wide array of treatments, including: red eye treatment, eyelid procedures, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, dermal fillers, and Botox®. 
Advanced Eye Center is constantly updating its eye and cosmetic procedure repertoire and keeping up to date with the latest technologies and advancements in order to best address the needs of the modern vision and aesthetic patient. To correct defects of myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia, and presbyopia, Dr. Belalcazar has in his center the most advanced laser system-the Alcon Wavelight EX500- with which he can perform his Contoura Vision Surgery, also known as topography-guided surgery, which is even more advanced than conventional LASIK. In the realm of cosmetics, Advanced Eye Center is offering the latest techniques developed in Europe for eye jewelry implants, and the center has recently acquired the revolutionary non-surgical Plexr system from Italy, which is now being implemented in many of the previously mentioned cosmetic procedures such as eyelid procedures, skin tightening, and skin rejuvenation, among others, as an attractive and effective alternative to those who want to avoid going under the knife.
